Partnerships growth manager
Overview
Our new Partnerships Growth Manager will be responsible for building out and nurturing our growing partner network, with the aim of originating new business.
Through Juice, you will have the opportunity to become one of the best connected professionals in Fintech. We’re looking for a self starter to source, convert and scale long-term relationships with high-value channel partners such as credit advisors, VCs, CFOs, and the wider Fintech and Ecommerce ecosystems. We are transforming the way these founders think about finance and revenue-growth, so the PGM will have a unique opportunity to start long-term relationships and build their network to reach new prospective customers in the form of warm referrals.

Responsibilities
You will source and manage a portfolio of partners by educating them about our industry-best line of credit solutions and wider strategic community. Your efforts will yield a reliable stream of warm, qualified referrals, helping Juice break through recording-breaking revenue targets.
- Sourcing partners through multiple mediums, including calls, email and in-person events.
- Manage the full partner funnel, from outreach to conversion, with the aim of exceeding individual referral volume and revenue targets.
- Devise creative ways to keep existing partners engaged such as producing email content or other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to drive forward the deals you’ve sourced and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Be active in the Ecommerce ecosystem as an ambassador of Juice, including attending industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- You have a good academic record and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- You are interested in how top performing, high-growth businesses source the financing they need to grow.
- You have 1-2 years experience in a commercial role, such as sales or partnerships.
- You are a natural people person: charismatic, emotionally intelligent, and able to adapt your communication style to your audience.
- You are entrepreneurial and a self-starter, looking to drive impact and learn by doing.
- You have excellent analytical and admin skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is ideal
