Role: Founder’s Associate
Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive high‑impact projects, sharpen our operating rhythm, and accelerate company growth. This role suits someone who’s comfortable with context‑switching, brings structure to ambiguity, and enjoys turning strategy into action.
What you’ll do
- Strategic projects: Scope and deliver CEO‑level initiatives. Build market and competitor insights. Translate data into clear recommendations.
- Operations and scale: Map processes, remove bottlenecks, and implement lightweight systems that improve quality, speed, and scalability.
- Cross‑functional execution: Partner with finance, sales, account management, and product to land company‑wide priorities.
- Investor and stakeholder materials: Build clear narratives, metrics packs, and board or investor updates that reflect our transparent approach.
- Team, office, and culture: Help organise team rituals and moments that strengthen a positive, high‑trust environment.
- People operations support: Assist with hiring pipelines, structured interviews, onboarding, and policy upkeep.
- Special projects: Own priority ad‑hoc work for the Exec team where speed and precision matter most.

- Bias to action. Able to zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to execute.
- Strong working knowledge of Notion for docs and ops, strong spreadsheet skills, plus fluency in Figma or similar presentation design tools for investor presentations and internal narratives.
- High ownership, organised, and calm under pressure. You manage multiple workstreams without dropping quality.
