Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities 🫡

- Pipeline Management: Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.

- Broker Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a network of brokers to drive new business opportunities.

- Outbound Prospecting: Implement effective outbound strategies to identify and engage potential clients, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and present Juice's solutions in a compelling and tailored manner.

- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations to brokers and potential clients.

- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast revenue.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications 🔬

- Proven experience in business development or sales, within the SME finance sector.

- Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline.

- Strong experience in developing and leveraging broker relationships.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
